1. Introduction INNOeVERSITY is an innovation ecosystem platform that connects industry, institutes, mentors, and students to facilitate problem-solving, research, and skill development aligned with NEP 2020 recommendations. This pricing policy document outlines the structure, rationale, and guidelines for pricing various services and subscriptions offered by INNOeVERSITY.
 

2. Pricing Principles

  • Transparency: Pricing will be clearly defined, ensuring all stakeholders understand costs and benefits.

  • Value-Based: Charges will be based on the value delivered to each stakeholder.

  • Sustainability: The pricing model ensures long-term financial viability and scalability.

  • Flexibility: Different pricing tiers will cater to the diverse needs of industries, institutes, mentors, and students.
     

3. Subscription Pricing for Institutes INNOeVERSITY offers annual subscriptions to institutes to enable access to internships, research projects, industry collaborations, and co-curricular courses.

  • Internship Cell Management: MRP ₹3,50,000 per annum (up to 100 students) + MRP ₹1800 per additional student per annum.

  • Pre-Incubation & Incubation Cell Management: MRP ₹5,50,000 per annum (includes hackathon, faculty capacity building, and 50 student enrolments) + MRP ₹1,800 per additional student per annum.

  • Center of Excellence Subscription: MRP ₹25,00,000 per annum (for an institute with 1,000 students, customizable for additional requirements).
     

4. Student Enrolment Fees Students enrolling in co-curricular courses, industry projects, or certification programs are required to pay registration fees, which cover mentorship, platform access, and certification costs.

  • NEP2020 Compliant Credit Courses: MRP ₹1,800 per credit.

  • Industry Connect Internship Program (8 credits)

  • Building Employability Skills Program (22 credits): 

  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program (22 credits): 
     

5. Industry, Institute, Incubation Center, Business Establishment Annual Membership Fees, for hiring services: 

  • Integrated Incubation Management (IIIM), Integrated Internship Cell Management (IICM), Resource Sharing Service (RSS), Problem Sharing and Solution Development (PSSD), Joint Project and Consultancy (JPC), Guided & On-Demand Mentoring (GODM),  Industry Engaged LMS (IELMS)
    Per Service MRP ₹4500/- per quarter. 
     

6. Mentor Revenue Model Mentors contribute their expertise to INNOeVERSITY and earn based on student enrolments in their courses and consultancy projects.

  • Revenue Sharing: 60% to Mentor, 40% to INNOeVERSITY (after deductions for university certification and platform maintenance).

  • Course Fees: MRP ₹1,800 per credit per student.

  • Consultancy Engagements: Custom pricing based on project scope and mentor expertise and level of engagement.
     

7. Special Programs and Revenue-Sharing Models

  • Sponsored Research & Joint Development Projects: Revenue-sharing models based on grants or industry-sponsored projects. Shall get defined through mutually agreed terms in writing.

  • Incubator & Accelerator Support: Custom engagement pricing for start-up support, mentorship, and funding facilitation. Shall get defined through mutually agreed terms in writing.

  • CSR & Government-Funded Initiatives: Special pricing for projects aligned with government and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. Shall get defined through mutually agreed terms in writing.
     

8. Payment Terms and Conditions

  • All fees are payable via the INNOeVERSITY portal through secure payment gateways.

  • Subscription fees, Product purchase are non-refundable once payment is done and access is granted.

  • Mentors receive pay outs on a quarterly basis, subject to completion of their courses and consultancy deliverables and fulfilling the compliance.

  • Late payment penalties and discounts for early payment may be applicable based on the plan and agreement terms in writing.
     

9. Discounts and Promotional Offers

  • Institutes enrolling multiple students may avail bulk discounts.

  • Industry partners submitting multiple problem statements may receive concessional pricing.

  • Referral incentives for mentors and institutes driving new enrolments.

  • All such terms shall get updated from time to time.
     

10. Review and Updates This pricing policy will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with market trends, stakeholder needs, and financial sustainability. Updates will be communicated to all stakeholders in advance.

11. Modification of Policy

  • INNOeVERSITY reserves the right to modify this shipping policy as needed to enhance user experience and service quality.

  • Any changes will be communicated via email and reflected on the official website.
