  • All INNOeVERSITY services, including courses, mentoring sessions, research programs, and consulting engagements, are provided digitally via our online platform.

  • No physical shipping is required as users access all purchased services through their registered accounts on INNOeVERSITY’s cloud-based application.

  • Upon successful payment, users receive immediate or scheduled access to their enrolled services based on program timelines.
     

3. Account and Access Credentials

  • Users must create an account on INNOeVERSITY’s platform to access purchased products and services.

  • Access credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential, and users are responsible for securing their accounts.

  • If login issues arise, users should contact support for assistance.
     

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Instant access: Users gain immediate access to self-paced courses and pre-recorded content upon payment confirmation.

  • Scheduled access: Live training sessions, mentorship programs, and consultancy services follow predefined schedules as per course or service descriptions.

  • Access duration: The validity of access varies by service and will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
     

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • As all services are digitally delivered, INNOeVERSITY does not offer refunds once access has been granted.

  • In case of technical issues preventing access, users may raise a support ticket for resolution within 48 hours.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments.
