This is the crucial first step where stakeholders introspect and analyze their current resource situation. They need to identify any existing or potential resource gaps in their operations or projects. This could include a lack of specific equipment, expertise, or infrastructure. On the other hand, stakeholders should also identify any idle or underutilized resources that they could potentially share with others. This step sets the foundation for effective resource sharing, as it clarifies what resources are needed and what can be offered.

2. Access Platform:

Once stakeholders have identified their needs or available resources, they need to access the INNOeVERSITY eco-system. Upon accessing the platform, stakeholders will need to access SEMR service from the menu bar. This allows them to navigate and explore the available features. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, providing easy navigation and search functionalities to find relevant information quickly.

3. Share/Acquire:

This step is where the actual resource sharing takes place. Stakeholders looking to share their resources can create detailed listings of their assets, including descriptions, specifications, availability, and usage terms. This allows potential users to easily understand the resource and its suitability for their needs. On the other hand, stakeholders seeking resources can browse through the available listings, filter by category, and send requests to resource owners. The platform facilitate communication between stakeholders to discuss terms, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements.

4. Encash/Utilize:

This final step involves the encashment or utilization of the shared resources. Resource owners who have shared their assets can generate revenue based on usage or agreed-upon terms. The platform provides further guidelines for exchange and tracking mechanisms to ensure smooth transactions. Those who have acquired resources can now utilize them for their intended purposes, whether it's for research, development, or other operational needs. The platform enable stakeholders to provide feedback on their experiences. This step completes the resource-sharing cycle and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the SEMR service.
